I ventured to the garden for the first time since fall a couple of days ago. The snow has been fully melted now for almost three weeks and the temperatures have just recently risen to above freezing. I wasn't expecting to find much, but to my surprise I stumbled upon this tiny viola already blooming! Isn't spring just the best little season? :)

A Pleasant Surprise
I ventured to the garden for the first time since fall a couple of days ago. The snow has been fully melted now for almost three weeks and the temperatures have just recently risen to above freezing. I wasn't expecting to find much, but to my surprise I stumbled upon this tiny viola already blooming! Isn't spring just the best little season? :)
